If i could give 0 stars I would. It takes upwards of 45 minutes to 2 hours just to get someone on the phone. I left this practice feeling like a number rather than a patient. My test results were initially reported as normal, but when I asked questions, the doctor wouldn't discuss them over the phone, even though I was out of town. Despite asking, I never received a referral to another doctor. Luckily I was in Houston at the time and was able to find another doctor and got in the same day I called.
