I am more than unimpressed with Dr. Borchart's professional behavior. After asking for the evaluation report for weeks, I still haven't gotten one. She billed my insurance in January, and it's now April and I still don't have a report to share with my daughter's school. She is a fraud and will be report to the Lisle police department, as well as my insurance company and medical board. DO NOT waste your time or money using her.

STAY AWAY!! We went to this lady for a Neuropsychological eval. At the follow up appointment, she was supposed to provide the report. She said it wasn't ready and if I didn't receive it in 2-3 weeks to email her. Well, it's now been 3 months and we still don't have the report. I have sent countless emails and left many voicemail messages and she never returned one phone call or email. First of all those 5 star reviews that are posted here are bogus and they do not represent the truth. This "doctor" is extremely unprofessional. The "report" is never given to you unless you threaten her with a lawyer. She has several complaints against her. She cashes in on your insurance then ignores emails, voicemails, and never gives you her report. Stay far away from her...trust me!
Pretty sure I left this review already a few years ago but since it seems to have disappeared Ill share my experience again. I had the same experience as many of the other posters. This doctor tried to evade getting my sons report to me for weeks beyond when she said she would have them to me.
