I had an early afternoon appointment. Granted it was an hour after my scheduled time until I was seen you have to understand how busy they are with this covid-19 testing! Staff was sincere even though it was like herding cats at times... Other folks were impatient at times so calm down and they'll get you through with a smile. Follow up call came sooner than expected and Dr/Nurse took the time to answer questions and genuinely cared! They're providing a service to you so give respect, get respect!
