A caring, listening concerned Dr.
Excellent communication and professional manner during appointment
Back in the day this might have been termed a "well baby check." No crisis, more of a get-acquainted visit. I was watching for attentiveness, for good listening skills and wise questioning -- which Dr Ball certainly delivered. That as opposed to the coldly aloof demeanor one sees all too often in Providers. Anyway, this professional is a refreshing change from that stereotype. I look forward to a long-term patient/doctor relationship.
It was my first appointment and I really liked Dr. Ball. Very pleasant, good listener, efficient and knowledgeable.
She was professional and patient with my list of concerns. I would recommend her to anyone. Getting an appointment could take time as she books up very quickly.
