She was an amazing dermatologist, we will miss you from the Taylorsville clinic :)
She just randomly closed her clinic no notice to patients no warning it was happening! I had to find out because I called to get my child’s upcoming appointment in a week rescheduled! It took 9 months of waiting to get my child seen by her and the clinic they’re directing people to is not taking new patients either! Their solution was to take my child to primary children’s for care a hospital that is not covered by my insurance and even if it were is 100 times the cost! Called to see my first Dermatologist ever was told Dr Puttgen is not accepting new patients no service is bad service.
I would give this office a zero if I could. I took my 17 year old daughter here to discuss minor acne concerns. She doesn’t have anything crazy, no underlying conditions, just looking to get advice from a source other than instagram of what we should do. After the usual check in items (blood pressure, weight check, quick medical history), we were talking with the actual doctor for MAYBE 10 minutes.
