Dr.Ayers has been my PCP for years now. My appointments with her never feel rushed. She maintains the perfect balance of being professional and personable. Most of my care is routine but when it’s not I’m seen in a timely manner. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR. AYERS AND HER STAFF! I could not ask for a better healthcare team.
I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Ayers on October 3rd 2023, filled out all of the paperwork online and even paid my co-pay. I even received weekly texts reminding me of my appointment. The day of my appointment, November 13th, after taking the morning off work, the office called 30 minutes before my appointment and told me they were not accepting new patients!! Now I'm back on the hunt for a new Dr.
Sadly I have come to realize that Dr. Ayers just does not care about me as a patient or a fellow human being. She has been my doctor for years but when I ended up in emergency surgery and called to make sure she was aware, she could not be bothered to even make a quick call to see if I was okay. Two and a half weeks later and still nothing. I want a doctor who cares about me (or at least pretends to). I will find a new doctor.
She is a terrific doctor. Very caring and concerned for all your issues. We have been seeing her for a long time and won't even consider a other primary care provider.
