EVERYTHING about the place is INSANELY good, including the customer service.
They've got too heavy a hand with the honey, but otherwise their stuff is OK. Where they really fail is how they seem to treat their staff. Word gets around fast in Chicago.

this was a wow factor-- the home made marshmallows were an absolute delight. Hot chocolate marshmallow was one that gave a little kick my 7 year old wasn't prepared for however we loved the cute shop, fantastic rich cocoa and great table books of Artists and history of chocolate. the perfect nitecap with my twins. dreams of sugar plum fairies were definitely to follow 💞

Not only do they have delicious handmade truffles, but their hot Chocolate drinks are the reason to make a visit there. Nothing like it anywhere!

great options and variations of chocolate, both liquid and solid. great vibe and lots of unique flavors to try, but not overwhelming, just a great overall experience
