Changing my 5 star review from a couple weeks ago to a 1 star. My wife and I both see Dr. Fitzgerald and we like her very much (she still gets 5 stars) as well as Dr. Fitzgerald's MA, I think her name is Heather, and the lab techs who are also great.. However, 2 days ago my wife got a returned call from leaving 2 messages on the patient portal in over 2 weeks time, and Menomonie, the nurse who called her back was very rude. This was not the first time Menomonie has been rude over the phone, but this time was unacceptable. So... read more
Our entire family sees her as our PCP. We've had nothing but great experiences with her and especially her nurse, Holly. They have called to just to check in to see how the kids were doing after they were sick or just starting meds, or any other time we've seen them. I'm honestly really confused about the negative reviews on here for Dr. Fitzgerald. We would 100% highly recommend her.
Dont go to this doctor, if you go you waste your money and your time. She don't know how to treat health problems. She order all blood works A-Z.. but once the results comes they will take 15 days to review then Nurse calls and say everything normal even blood results says abnormal, if you ask questions they say they have lot of patients to followup. Doesnt make sense. your choice to take call
