Dr Katherine Yang is soooo nice!
That's the first time I feel really bad. She may not be a reliable and responsible doctor, as their operation process is really messy, and her assistant is not willing to support the patients. I sent a request for my child's health exam report two weeks ago, mentioning our deadline to submit these documents to the school, but no one assisted us, and her assistant asked us to fill out all the information ourselves.
