Katharyn Zava is incredibly thorough, detail oriented, and professional. I highly recommend her! She’s also a very talented jewelry maker with an eye for beautiful, unique pieces. 5-Stars all around!
Tried calling to make an appointment with no call back. Decided to drive up there and was turned away since I don’t have an appointment and then directed to using the website.
My local jeweler recommended Katharyn Zava for an insurance appraisal of some custom items that I have. I was very impressed with the professional manner that this appraisal was done. I didn't have to leave my items but was able to watch as she recorded, photographed, weighed and tested the items I brought in. When I took the final appraisal document to my insurance agent he asked to keep her contact information because hers was the most through appraisal he had seem.
Katharyn was a pleasure to work with. From the first call and meeting in person the appointment could not have been better. She took pictures and notes on the jewelry so I was able to take them and not leave them with her. Her pricing was better than some other local retailers who require you to leave the jewelry with them. I would most definitely recommend Katharyn Zava if you expect the best service.
