Very rude doctor, gives terrible insight and advise, performed surgeries on my aunt's eye and its been nothing but a nightmare ever since. then makes my aunt feel bad the terrible job she did. dont recommend this doctor to anyone
Dr. Dempsey recently biopsied and diagnosed my 91-year old mother with invasive melanoma of the eye orbit (a poor prognosis.) She was compassionate and informative while being straight forward and caring. Dr. Dempsey's follow-up was spot on, and she was easily reachable by phone--a rarity today. Her Bethpage staff was amazing. Beginning with Office Manager, Barry, who kept us informed of any changes to our anticipated appointment times to her assistants who gave my mother the extra warmth and TLC a woman of her age needed. Awful. Went to her for Botox. Paid $1000 to help my 55 year old hooded eyes. Results were remarkable. BUT ONLY LASTED 5 DAYS. When I returned 2 days later she tried to gaslight me and said I looked "fantastic". I asked if she had lost her sight since my injection appointment. This was 5 months ago. I am still awaiting my refund.
