It is a really terrible office i have come. After waiting one and haft hour, i got headache because the office room smell like mold . The doctor Tran Scott is bad because he knew i came first but he passed my turn to check another patient. when i made a complain that why i waited too long even thought i have appointment at 3pm, someone told me you will be next. Then i wait to one more hour and i complain again but no one come to my room. Oh my god, it was really waste time. They just want to get money and they dont care about how they can effort. They get many appointments but they just have only one doctor. He runs from room to room like artists run shows. I recommend you should not go to this office. Just waste your time. It is negative 5 stars.

TERRIBLE
Terrible bedside manner. Is not interested in your concerns or what you have to say-clearly evident that he just wants to get you in and out and collect your money. Doesn't covey any concerns for the patient. Seems highly irritated when you have questions about anything. Very intimidating and rude-makes you not feel respected or cared for at all. His staff is permanently confused-no one seems to ever know what is going on. HIs office is so cluttered, even dirty (yes, actually dirty!) So gross and so unprofessional all the way around. No patient should have to experience that-TERRIBLE!

Having worked here, I can give feed back on the matter of this place - like waiting 30mins to near 2 hours on a busy day? Come here.
Recycled hub from venipuncture/butterfly injections runs rampart here.
Quality care? It's alright see for yourself. On a not busy day, your in and out but that is how it should be.
