Ms. Simpson doesn't listen to customer. I had apportionment @ 8:30 in the morning and I waited until afternoon and when she start my hair cut my hair very short even i told her not to cut it numerous time. she hi-light my hair and my hair start fall off and she take care of other customer and leave under the dryer for a long time. Apportionment doesn't meaning anything to her. She doesn't respect customer wish. My hair still suffering from hi-light and falling off in bunch. I am very angry at her. Wonderful I have been searching for years to find a stylist who took there job seriously and now I feel like Christmas came early and brought me a wonderful hair cut.
I recommend it! If you would like the best haircut you`ve ever had and a perfect manicure, go to Katella Hair. It`s a fun place to go, too, because you are welcomed and treated like a valued friend. When I first discovered this marvelous salon, I lived in Los Alamitos,so I traveled only about 5 miles. Ten years ago, I moved more than 50 miles away, but the distance hasn`t changed anything. If you like cold and pretentious salons you have many choices in the greater L.A. area. Katella Hair however, is not one of them. I have had the pleasure of getting my hair cut at HDS for more than six years. The salon is staffed by talented professionals committed to customer satisfaction. Very impressed I am so impressed with this salon! I was super nervous about finding a new stylist in Los Alamitos, but I went to this stylist, and he gave me the best cut I`ve ever had. He works great with long hair, and listened carefully to what I wanted before getting started. I`m getting married, and I was worried about getting too much chopped off. He just took off a little. Evan gave me a great cut, with beautiful layering towards my face. I highly recommend this salon!
