After being there for over an hour and waiting on our food for 40 minutes with a very patient 2 year old we ended up walking out. This has happened several times with today taking the cake. Being ignored by your management was unbelievable. We got there today around 1:50. Put our name in and told them we'd be waiting outside and made sure the hostess knew. It's a treat to visit KatellaDeli when we are in the area. We like the bakery the best.
Katella has the best Fish sandwiches I have ever had :) The Swan cream puffs are a 10 out of 10 anytime we are out that way this is a must go to

Great corned beef and pastrami. Their pickles are also great. All of their baked goods (breads, cakes, rolls, pies, etc.) are wonderful as well. Service is professional and prompt. One of the few places around here where you can get a Dr. Brown's Celray soda. Soups are delicious. Never had anything here that wasn't the best.
