We have a full scale bakery in which we make bagels, pastries, cookies, cakes and other such items. In addition to the bakery we have a restaurant with our world famous Pastrami Sandwich and Corned Beef sandwich. We have a large menu with something for everyone.

such good food, and quick and efficient service. We had a really great experience here for our first time. Now then, the deli, its a must visit, so many options to choose from.. I recommend the german chocolate cake, and the carrot cake,and the pecan sticky buns.

So disappointed! My family came to Katella to celebrate Hanukkah... It will be a long time, if ever that we return!! The service was Horrible! All four of our meals came out cold! 3 of us sent them back. Had to beg for pickles, beg for water and tea refills and for a bread basket! No apology! What a terrible disappointed! We made our way into the bakery... Another disappointment! Ordered water bagels, got egg! Thankfully I checked. Asked for a challah, no more so got a white bread, STALE! My sister and her hubby took my daughter and I to lunch at Katella yesterday. The Country's best deli and bakery bar none.
Our first Thanksgiving dinner there. Didn't wait that long to get a table. Food came pretty fast but they forgot our dinner rolls. Planning on going back. Just wish the restaurant was Kosher. One drawback my fork was dirty and I had to ask for a new one. The deli was great. Picked up some pastries, kosher pickles and kosher bologna on our way out.
Actually I love going there and their food is Delish!! But my sister and I sat in the back at the tables, first thing in the morning. Sad to say, no one has cleaned the mirrors on the wall in a while. There were fingerprints, most likely children's. But still looking at one mirror showed the reflection of all the other messy mirrors. It won't stop me from eating there, but with people standing by idly....
This was my wife's and myself's 5th Thanksgiving there. Since we have no family close to here, we've made it our tradition. The food is great (turkey dinner). The service is great. The cost manageable. Will recommend this place to all.
Love the food and the bakery. Service is slow but well worth the wait.
