We had a lot of fun, our waitress was a sweet person, took our orders, appetizers came out with in a reasonable time. She gave us a discount on our wine per glass. My pastrami sandwich was delicious, only ate half. My friends were happy with their meals. We got there early , 5:00 & it did get noisy by the end of our meal...Saturday night it got crowded, it's a deli restaurant and bakery. Of course we stopped at the bakery on the way out. Strawberry tart was delicious.
Wanted dessert for Italian dinner part...found more than imagined!!!
Fantastic experience today. Alberto was an amazing waiter, 3 of us had wonderful meals. BBQ chicken salad, beef dip, and the special sandwich. I am not a fan of pickles but my friends enjoyed them. After lunch we went to the bakery and I would have loved one of everything! $14.99 for a nice size salad or a sandwich with fries.
Don't know what happened, years ago it was so good. Now the sandwiches are smaller but the prices are the same. The Marla ball soup was warm not hot and the chix in the soup was from the can!!! It's just not the same. I'm sad
