She is the BEST pediatrician! She always makes sure our kids feel safe, understand what she is doing to make them feel better and she listens to ALL of my concerns. I always go in with a lot of questions and she never rushes me, she listens and answers all of my questions. My kids have been seeing Dr. Barrett for years and she is wonderful. She always makes them feel comfortable no matter what they are in for. She will ensure that their best interests are at the forefront so she is great at listening to both the parents and the kids to really understand how they are feeling. I have had nothing but exceptional experiences with her.
My experience with Katelee Barrett Mueller was completely unacceptable. From the moment I asked a simple question, she responded by snapping at me in a rude and unprofessional manner. Instead of listening or showing any concern, she made me feel dismissed and disrespected. What made this situation even worse is that she sent me and my child to the hospital without properly addressing the issue I came in for. This resulted in me being questioned by a social worker, which was extremely stressful and felt completely unnecessary... read more
