Exceptional care. She really cares about her patience. Best doctor I ever had.
This should have been a five star review because Dr Vinod has been treating me for a couple years, knows my history and we have a good rapport. I generally allow 1-1/2 to two hours for an appointment with her. However, an appointment that should have taken one hour from intake to completion lasted longer than three hours for all the waiting time in between interviews with two technicians and finally Dr Vinod My initial appointment for the field vision test was for 1:45. Dr. Vinod is the most sensitive, caring, knowledgeable doctor who I would recommend to anyone. I trust her implicitly with my eye care. Mt. Sinai is lucky to have her on their staff!
