Kate is absolutely amazing! She’s helped coach me in my personal life and business, and she led a session on the window of tolerance and nervous system regulation at one of my events — everyone loved it! She’s very well-rounded and knowledgeable in areas I wouldn’t have thought to explore on my own. She has a way of helping you arrive at realizations yourself, so when that “aha” moment hits, it feels genuinely yours.
