WOW! Transformational has encapsulated my time with Kate. Every session is a break through to deeper and deeper levels. I came feeling overwhelmed, clueless, stressed and directionless. Kate is absolutely amazing! She’s helped coach me in my personal life and business, and she led a session on the window of tolerance and nervous system regulation at one of my events — everyone loved it!
