My partner and I have been coming here for a few years! Honestly I couldn’t recommend Kate more! I have had acupuncture, gua sha, and cupping for various ailments and always leave feeling refreshed and uplifted.
I cannot recommend Kate more highly! She has been helping me for almost 2 years now, on a variety of issues from allergies, migraines, and neck/back pain. I recently went to her for severe neck and shoulder pain and in one treatment of acupuncture/cupping/gua sha I feel SO much better. She is incredibly professional, thoughtful, and evidence-based in her treatments. She is also such a calming person and I feel instantly relaxed in her presence. She also takes insurance which is amazing!
Kate is fantastic. She is skilled in a very effective combination of acupuncture, orthopedic muscle releasing, cupping, and gua sha techniques. She also seems to be the only provider in the Lakeview area that takes insurance for these services.
