Very rude staff; I with my wife visited today to complain about a jacket which was bought a few weeks back. It's buttons came down and cloth texture was changing at places; staff insisted this is not a manufacturing defect and additional button is provided with the jacket for you to stitch yourself. Everyone in the store claimed to be a manager with the one claiming a Leader was extremely rude. I will recommend never to buy anything from here as they don't Stand behind their products.

I bought a black bag from this Kate Spade outlet about a year ago and noticed the handles were becoming discolored. I took the bag to the store hoping they might be able to repair it. I specifically said I was not trying to return the bag because I had owned it for awhile. They took a look, said it couldn't be repaired and replaced it with a new bag. THAT is customer service. Yeah, Kate Spade!
