Rude customer service especially from Gabby R. The “leather” in the handbag handles easily comes off. Purchased the cleaning kit to help with some of the color transfer and product does not work and removes color from the handbag .Went to the store to get information about the 1 year warranty and Gabby R. stated she was in charge and stated the reason my handbag was this way was because of my jeans-only my jeans. Been waiting for the Kate Spade employees.. when I came by the first time (~2:30PM), the doors were locked with no signs posted. The second time I stopped by there was a sign saying they would come back from lunch at 3 PM. It's currently 3:30, and I am still waiting. No thank you.
