Kate has been a fantastic lactation consultant to work with. She is incredibly knowledgeable, kind and supportive. We benefited greatly from her help the week our baby was born (she was able to see us so quickly) and again months later when things shifted. The combo of in-person support, texts and calls works very well. 100% recommend working with Kate!
I can’t recommend Kate enough. She supported us through every stage, from preparing for our baby’s arrival with her birth classes, to connecting us with wonderful doulas, and then postpartum as a lactation consultant. Her birth classes helped us feel more prepared and gave us a better idea of what to expect. Kate was able to see me on very short notice to help with some concerns I had with breastfeeding. My baby wasn't latching properly and I felt quite confused about how to position her in order to get her to nurse effectively. We were worried because she was losing some weight and fussing throughout the night. She came for a home visit, and patiently addressed all of our concerns.
