Passive aggressive customer service. Due to payment option issues on my end, I had to reschedule my appointment last minute. I did apologizeand communicated. When I got to the rescheduled appointment a week later, I had to wait. Waited 10 minutes, the salon was still not open. I left a voice mail to be called. Thought they were late. Things happen. 10 minutes later, I called the salon number again, only to be told that my appointment was not happening at all. I got and appt quick I had stacey Benson she did and absolutely amazing job on my hair I love it. Will definitely be going back. The place was nice she was awesome and it was the best experience. Highly recommended.

If I could rate them a I ZERO I wI have never used them before but a friend did and recommend Stacy Benson. I have never had such a horrible experience in my life. She smelled of alcohol, was very rude, her hands were shaking and all she talked about was her failed marriage and how she hated the new girlfriend. She cut my hair 2 inches shorter then what I wanted. Needless to say I will never go back!
