We have known Kate since 2019. She helped us with the purchase and sale of our townhouse, as well as the purchase of our newly build home. Kate is very knowledgeable of the business, and was very patient and always available to us whenever we needed her. She went above and beyond to help in any way she could and never made us feel like we were imposing on her time. She is an amazing person and agent and I would highly recommend her.

Kate is hands down the best real estate agent in South Carolina! She went above and beyond in trying to find a house for us. We had a family emergency in Pennsylvania and had to go back early, Kate not only was still working to find us the perfect home, she was genuinely concerned for our emergency. Although we ended up buying our retirement home in another state, Kate kept in touch and wished us well. If we ever decide to buy in SC, we will definitely use Kate!!
Kate Rushton was the perfect realtor to help us find our new home. Her expertise and follow through was A+. No problem was too big or too small for her to handle for us. Kate was wonderful to work with. We have sold a few homes, and have never had such a professional realtor. She listens and is never more than a phone call away. Kate returns calls almost immediately or will text an answer if needed. She works very hard and is there to the end with you. One of the few realtors that comes to closings. From start to finish Kate is there for you.
