Kate is hands down the best real estate agent in South Carolina! She went above and beyond in trying to find a house for us. We had a family emergency in Pennsylvania and had to go back early, Kate not only was still working to find us the perfect home, she was genuinely concerned for our emergency. Although we ended up buying our retirement home in another state, Kate kept in touch and wished us well. If we ever decide to buy in SC, we will definitely use Kate!!
