This is not a current review but I wanted to share my experience living in Kate Ross apartments from ages 8 to 13. It was a happy time with my own room, a big playground, within walking distance to school (Sul Ross Elementary which I understand no longer exists), a clubhouse where my birthday parties were held., and many friends. I am now 88 years old and believe it or not, just recently realized that it was public housing. It was a nice clean, fun place to live. I hope it still is.
