We are coming up on the one year anniversary of the purchase of our home through Kate Pitre and I need to throw out a special thank you to her. We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. We were not living in the local area so we relied on Kate to go and visit houses and provide us honest and detailed reviews. She was incredibly flexible and ensured that we could maintain good communication despite living out of the country. We really felt like we could trust her to give us advice and guidance even when we couldn’t see the properties with our own eyes. Throughout a lengthy home-building process, Kate was proactive in gathering information for me and keeping me in the loop on all developments.
