Kate is an experienced and diligent realtor. I was out of the country when we started getting my home ready to go on the market. She got the inspections and trades people lined up and helped me with communications and making sure things were getting done. She has your back and makes the process a lot less stressful. She was great at following up with potential buyers and keeping me informed of what was happening as well as taking my concerns into consideration.
