I cannot recommend Kate highly enough. She is meticulous about detail and totally reliable. She has a great team of contractors who resolved a variety of problems to a high standard. My house sale went through quickly and smoothly thanks to her efforts and care. I had regular updates from her and was aware of what was happening at each stage. You will not find a better Realtor.

Kate is an experienced and diligent realtor. I was out of the country when we started getting my home ready to go on the market. She got the inspections and trades people lined up and helped me with communications and making sure things were getting done. She has your back and makes the process a lot less stressful.
