Kate was horrible to work we with, very rude to my agent to the point that her broker had to apologize on her behalf. Her seller actually lost money due to her withholding of offers made on her listing. Be careful when working with her.

I cannot recommend Kate highly enough. She is meticulous about detail and totally reliable. She has a great team of contractors who resolved a variety of problems to a high standard. My house sale went through quickly and smoothly thanks to her efforts and care. I had regular updates from her and was aware of what was happening at each stage. You will not find a better Realtor.
