Very knowledgeable and patient. Her calm demeanor really helps set the tone for a good session. She spends a lot of time both hands-on but also on education, as far as exercises, stress reduction, and so on. I highly recommend Kate for any kind of PT.

I am so glad my OB referred me to Kate for pelvic floor PT! Kate is very knowledgable, dedicated, and organized. She is also very empathetic and makes you feel very comfortable. During my pregnancy, she helped me address pain, pelvic floor issues, and prepare for labor. Now, postpartum, she did a full pelvic floor evaluation and has been amazing helping me with my recovery, strengthening my pelvic floor and core, and getting back to exercising. Thank you, Kate!

Kate is the best. Within a few meetings and a simple but comprehensive at-home protocol that Kate provided, my back pain issues that persisted for years after childbirth were healed. I brought my munchkin to Kate when he injured his knee. His doctor wasn't much help, other than immediately suppying the pain pills. Thanks to Kate's expertise, munchkin was able to get the tests necessary to render an accurate course of action. She is phenomenal! She is very professional and knowledgable.
