This review is long past due. I enlisted Kate to be my Realtor in 2020. I found out just how dedicated she is to her clients. If you're looking for a fierce advocate who will serve your interests with professionalism and persistence, she's the one you want on your team. I love the condo I bought in Irving Park. Kate is a fantastic realtor and a great human. She made our home selling process so easy and seamless! She is a realtor with great local knowledge of the Chicago area and all the neighborhoods, as well as suburban areas. Kate did an amazing job selling our house. She orchestrated the entire listing and sales process with great skill and knowledge. She was particularly helpful finding a coordinating contractors needed for inspections and repairs. Her recommended contractor saved us $50,000 plus by determining that the roof that another contractor said needed replacement, was actually fine. The buyer's inspector agreed.
