Kate was amazing to work with! As first time home buyers, she made the whole process easy and comfortable. She was always available for questions/ concerns and made us feel like we were taken care of. We will definitely use her knowledge again, when we need financial support!
My wife Ally and I went to Kate to get our mortgage approval updated. Two days later we found a house to put an offer in. We got the house a few days after that under a 30 day closing. Kate really went up to bat for us in that first week and a bit and made everything work with the lenders in such short time. 100% am going to use Kate once when we buy a new house or renew our mortgage.
