Place is kinda a joke. The showroom is extremely small, the tile selection is minimal. The person working the showroom has 0 design experience and was unable to help with anything. Once we found some tile we liked we found out that we either have to call the plymouth location or stop in to order the tile. If you are looking for tile you are probably better off going elsewhere for tile.

Roseville and discount Kate-lo store Plymouth. I came in with the measurements of the shower wall and floor. Both places refused to give me an estimate of sq feet so I could know how much to order. One said she did not major in math and the other said we don’t calculate square feet, your contractor can do this. I just need to share what a great employee Bill at the Roseville Kate-Lo location is. He personally walked me through the stone product that I was selecting, made sure it was exactly what I was looking for. He even offered to set a sample outside the store to pick up in case I didn't make it to the store before closing. He provided the product ID's, the number to the order desk, made sure everything was in stock and helped me select an immaculate piece of tile that was exactly what we were hoping for.
