Kate is an outstanding realtor! When she had multiple offers on her lovely listing in Annapolis, although my client’s offer wasn’t accepted, she went above & beyond to call me and email me to let us know and to thank me for our time & for the offer - very thoughtful.
Kate worked with us through multiple questions, tailoring our home buying experience to us. She is very knowledgeable about the area and offered advice, suggestions, and provided wonderful recommendations along the way. She even put in extra time after we were under contract but before close, so we could meet contractors and architects at the house so we could hit the ground running after close. We were very thankful for her through our home buying experience and would recommend her to our friends!
