I had my haircut with Sabrina after all the positive reviews and I was very disappointed despite having gone to see her for a consultation after having some bad experiences in the past. On the day of the consultation she promised me everything I wanted. On the day she didn’t know how to color my hair and had to consult with the owner and then during my haircut told me not to speak so she can concentrate so we had an awkward silence for an hour, mind you I am not much of a talker. I will not be going to her again.

Idi gave me a haircut and deep condition and everything turned out great. My hair was getting so tangled so easily and this is just what my hair needed.

I have been coming to Neeley for a few years now and she is wonderful! Even after moving to Charlotte I continue to come back to Greenville because she does such a great job! As a member of the LGBTQ+ community I also feel very comfortable in this salon which I am very grateful for. Thank you Neeley and everyone at Kate Kandel!

I’ve never left a salon so happy. Kate is so kind and talented, and absolutely nailed my blonde color correction. The salon is also very beautiful and clean, with a positive and welcoming energy.

I have been seeing Breanna for cut and color and I am so happy with my hair! I have a short blunt bob which she cuts meticulously every time. At one appointment, Breanna toned me too cool, noticed immediately, and then retoned me to the warmer color I had asked without me asking. I was so impressed with her professionalism and accountability. At my 4th appointment, she has now given me a full highlight exactly like the inspiration photo I brought in.
