My mom had a stroke, and we were scheduled with the Promedica vascular surgery group. We were so blessed to have been assigned Dr. Gates as her surgeon. Dr. Gates was patient, kind, and explained the procedure to us. She answered all of our questions, and took as much time as she felt the appointment required. After surgery, Dr. Gates not only came out to give us an update, but she walked us to ICU to see my mom and offered to help me carry my bags.
