Was not impressed with the staff. Somebody else's bill was put on my account. Could never get a call back from the doctor. Even after asking 20 times. Nobody would tell me my test results. They said I had to have another appointment which meant paying more money. Was just not impressed at all. I need help with my legs. They gave me stockings I could not get on my big legs. I need a doctor who is going to help me with the swelling in my legs.
My mom had a stroke, and we were scheduled with the Promedica vascular surgery group. We were so blessed to have been assigned Dr. Gates as her surgeon. Dr. Gates was patient, kind, and explained the procedure to us. She answered all of our questions, and took as much time as she felt the appointment required. After surgery, Dr. Gates not only came out to give us an update, but she walked us to ICU to see my mom and offered to help me carry my bags.
