We had Rogelio install our Katchakid system. He was here on time and worked diligently. Especially appreciated his walk through of how to set up and take down the net.
Rogelio was AWESOME and spent a full 6 hours installing the net, going through how to use it, and answering all our questions. We are so pleased with how it turned out and so relieved to have an added layer of protection for our daughter as she starts walking soon. I am really impressed with the quality of the installation. Our pool is surrounded by bricks so we were nervous about drilling into the masonry but Rogelio did perfect work and the keyholes were placed perfectly in the cement grouting. He explained everything he was going to do and requested approval of the layout before beginning to work. Within a few hours he was complete and walked through how everything works. I would recommend Katchakid to anyone looking for a pool fence. They were priced less than other companies in my area.
