Rogelio did an amazing job on our safety net! He took the time to explain everything to me and let my daughter try to take the hooks off; when she had a hard time he explained how to take it off in a way that was easy for both of us to understand. We really appreciated all the time and effort he spent on our net and will absolutely recommend this net and technician to anyone who asks!

My entire experience was very positive- from my initial phone consultation with David, thru the installation of our spa net by Roman. Both gentlemen were extremely thorough, professional (and most importantly to me) patient. Peace of mind is priceless!
My complaint is not with the company necessarily but the product. Do not buy the net. Whatever you may think about a fence don’t get the net, get the fence. I just spent 45 minutes and all my energy and strength putting up the net. I repeat DO NOT GET THE NET.
