I don't know what has happened at Katana, but I will say that the service has sucked the last several times I have gone at lunch. Today for example it was not busy and the wait for food was ridiculous. It looks like a whole new staff has been hired at the lunch shift and if they don't get any better I don't see myself going back. There were several tables around my table looking for where the waitresses were needing a to-go box, more beverage, or they needed something else. Amazing food and great service is what I like for when I pick a restaurant. Katana fusion has become one of my favorite places to go to. I've taken so many friends here because of their menu. Everything I've tried is fresh and tastes good. Their service is outstanding. If you're nearby you should check it out.
Food is great but goddamn how to wait 45 mins in the line after my food was already done
