A trip to Katachi is truly an indulgent experience -such wonderful welcoming atmosphere and staff no matter your age or needs. My facial and massage was simply divine and new cut exactly what I needed.
Have been coming here for years. The staff are fantastic from reception, to the spa, to the hair styling and colouring. Always friendly, professional and genuine and a lovely experience in the way customers are treated. I love this place and highly recommend Katachi Hair.

I had an amazing experience with Lil, she nailed the my colour and a created a fun, comfortable, relaxing environment. I even got some hair health tips. Bailey provides fabulous, old fashioned customer service and injects so much positive energy into shaping a beautiful salon experience. Bailey had me sorted from the moment I walked in the door; from refreshments, sweet treats, booking, re-booking and leaving me feeling confident and brand new again! Thank you Katachi team!
My first visit to Katachi did not disappoint. Welcoming and caring service upon arrival, while my stylist Lil worked her magic with a relaxing shampoo, glorious massage and fresh cut. The macadamia slice topped off a lovely experience. I will be back.
