We’ve been taking our boys here for haircuts for about a year now and we’ve always loved it and had a great experience when it was Kats. This past weekend we tried it out with the new owners and the woman doing nails told my husband it would be a 20 minute wait for 2 haircuts. My husband waited half an hour for the barber to finish on his current client and then was told by the woman doing nails that the barber was going to wash and do another woman’s hair and it would be another 30 minute wait.
