Kat did an excellent job of relieving my shoulder pain. Working with Kat, she gave me some simple easy exercises to help with that pain. Working with Kat, I found her personable and a fantastic listener. She touched on all the things that were important to me. I am absolutely sure she would do this for any client. Thank you, Kat. Very Professional and I felt absolutely amazing for days afterward! She's very good at reading the body and listening to you. She puts the right amounts of attention, pressure, and movement in the exact right places. 5 stars is just not enough stars!

Just a shout out about who I consider the most wonderful therapist in our area. I am a full-time caregiver to my wife of 60 years. Kat keeps addressing our changing needs and we both appreciate that. I’ve been seeing her 3 years now.

First I would like to say that I am an energetic healer and therapist. Meaning that I have been in the world of healing and massage for 2 decades and experienced quite a lot of work. Second, I am a cluster healer- meaning that when I need work done, I need ALL of the work at once, so it can be a bummer when I see someone who is good at one thing, but I have 6 other things to address.
