They had changed over to cashless systems, and they helped me out with KAT PAY card and helped show me how to check the balance remaining in my card. Soon, the machines that accept the coins and dollar bills will be removed. I didn't know the exact details on that machine. They already stopped accepting the sds passes.
The Customer Service is awesome! I highly recommend anyone and everyone utilizing this transportation platform in Knoxville TN!!!
