Lett people walk on to platform put crosswalk. Absurd to make people walk an extra quarter mile! Wanted to try KAT for the first time as a long time Knoxville resident... Kinda disappointed. Frequency of service made this a real issue.
Great and probably the most professional and friendly people that work there!!!!
Good experience, the bus routes have changed a little bit since my last bus ride. The amount of time you spend riding the bus could be shorter, but overall, an ok experience.
