My mom needed a wheelchair-friendly bathroom, and every other bid came in sky-high or said “six to eight weeks.” Gary walked the space himself, sketched a roll-in shower on the spot, and promised two weeks. Demo Monday, tile Thursday, grab bars Friday, inspection the following Tuesday—done. He even lowered the light switch so Mom can reach it from her chair. Craftsmanship aside, the respect his crew showed my mom sold me for life.
