My experience has always been good there. They are very kind and honest people. and they have been there to answer questions even after I bought the car or SUV. I would definitely recommend and trust even though used cars are hard to know what they’re going to do. I think they tried to be as honest as they can, as much as they know. thank you for quite a few good experiences in this field it’s hard to come bye

As a female buying a car can be stressful. Will they take you seriously? Will they mansplain it to you or will they just try to get over on you? Not at Kasterke! Jeff was a pleasure to work with, no pressure, let me test drive the car without needing to tag along and discussed purchase price fairly. Unfortunately, I decided not to make a purchase yet but when I am ready to, I will be visiting Kasterke.

Extremely honest, genuine, honorable dealership. If your car has a problem after you drive it off the lot they’ll fix it. They tell you everything about your car’s history as well, no coverups. No extra fees, and completely open to full inspections of the cars, they hide nothing from you. 6 months later, I’ve had absolutely zero issues with the car.

We let him know late afternoon the next day that we were good to go on the paperwork and he messaged back to tell us he had sold the car earlie... read more
