I’ve been working with Kassim and Kristina since I bought my house in 2021, they were recommended by a mutual friend--and from the very beginning, it felt like I was working with family. Their communication is always clear and responsive, they’re incredibly honest, and they truly go above and beyond. It’s rare to find people in this business who genuinely care, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else to buy a house through and now manage my home. Kassim and Kristina were the best. Made the process so smooth and easy and were always available if I had questions.
They go above and beyond plus some!! They were super patient and understood our housing needs. They always showed up understanding details of the house and outlining major possible expenses such as year of the furnace, siding, and roof. They completely understood our needs and budget.
