Office staff definitely needs improvement I just left the office after sitting for almost 2 hours and never was called back, and not only that there was 3 people that walked in after me that was seen then I go to the desk to ask how long was the wait and I was told 3 hours we are short of staff meanwhile she stated I was next while others were still getting called to the back, so I politely left and I will not return. This took entirety to much waisted time out of my day all to go look for another doctor

What should be the compensation?? You promised you would check into every diagnosis I told you. This means check with other doctors. Your co-doctors that know my welfare. I gave you truthful exact. You said we are serious. I gave trust. When we're you taking the full responsibility of check with the other doctors. Doctor hough knew. You were going to check everyone. Doctor Rosenthal was with you about my mom. We believed you. Character...I was honest.

Dr Khan is the absolute best. He is skilled, has tremendous patient repore, and really cares about his patients. So why give a 2 star rating? Answer.. because his new office staff sucks. First appointment I had there, receptionist had no record of my appointment and had to come back. Next appointment took 40 minutes past appointment time to get in and all of my previous personal records were lost and had to fill out all of my history a second time.
