Sellers do not use!!! I was trying to take a tour at a home that Kassidy was the listing agent on, I would have liked her to become a transaction agent, she wanted additional compensation for becoming a transaction agent. I asked her to justify her large increase in commission and why she wouldn’t pass on the savings to her client (the seller and her “friend”). We purchased our first home with Kassidy and would recommend her to anyone! Her knowledge of the market, negotiation tactics, and all of the costs associated with purchasing a home made the process transparent and as stress-free as purchasing your first house can be. I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Kassidy Benson while selling my home. As the buyer’s agent, her role was to facilitate the process for her clients, but unfortunately, she created more confusion than clarity throughout the transaction. Kassidy stepped in to represent us as our realtor during the final stages of closing on our house. Our primary realtor was out of town, but Kassidy jumped right in and made us feel more than comfortable with her at our side. She's extremely knowledgeable about the closing process and answered all of our questions. She pointed out things that might be concerning during our final walkthrough, and helped advocate for us during the signing process. I highly recommend Kassidy to anyone looking for an expert in the Denver area.
