Kassidy is the best realtor that I could've asked for and I am so glad I was fortunate enough to work with her when buying my house. She will go above and beyond to find the right home to fit your needs. I highly recommend working with her/ living room real estate. She drove me to each of the homes that I was interested in and discussed what I needed to avoid when purchasing a home. With her guidance, I was able to purchase the correct home for me.

We had such a great experience working with Living Room Real Estate. Our agent, Kassidy, is actually a longtime friend and former roommate, so buying a house with her felt a little surreal in the best way. Sellers do not use!!! I was trying to take a tour at a home that Kassidy was the listing agent on, I would have liked her to become a transaction agent, she wanted additional compensation for becoming a transaction agent. I asked her to justify her large increase in commission and why she wouldn’t pass on the savings to her client (the seller and her “friend”). We purchased our first home with Kassidy and would recommend her to anyone! Her knowledge of the market, negotiation tactics, and all of the costs associated with purchasing a home made the process transparent and as stress-free as purchasing your first house can be.
