Was referred to DR Mohamed by the Va for claim screening, his staff were nice, the office was clean and I was seen promptly. For me the experience was a good one and went smoothly, no complaints.

Doctor Kassem don't listen to patient's requests. He won't prescribe medications patients need or ask for it. He is afraid prescribing medications asked by patients, prescribing only what he wants to prescribe alleging that is for patients safety. But this is only an excuse to cover up his own back! He takes very little time with patients. 3 minutes at the most. It's just not worth it! Also all payments have to be cash only. No credit, debit cards or checks are accept and they don't like giving referrals.
