I called for repair on the freezer, by the time the repair man left, the entire refrigerator was not working. I don’t understand why he couldn’t diagnose the issue. No one wants to hear “it could be this- it could be that. A waste of a service call! Don’t bother if you have refrigeration issues.
By far, the most genuine, honest and reasonable a.c company I've ever done business with. Wish i could give 10 stars, seriously.
I would give them zero but it is not an option. Refrigerator has been down for a week. They are the contractor provided by our warranty company 2-10 homeowners. Kassel has failed to submit a diagnosis despite being contacted 3 separate times by the company. They have stated they were submitting the diagnosis and parts request, which should have been done. Perhaps they should stick to A/C repair.

One of the best AC companies in town. I do a lot of work with him for my job and they really are committed to service.
