First the staff upfront second doubt me that my insurance will cover the visit, i had to beg her to call insurance and after she did, it was obviously covered. Dr. Janice was not friendly at all after I came back with an issue with my eye glasses. Made me feel so uncomfortable to repeat the exam. I left there and not wanting to come back even if my glasses were very uncomfortable and gave me eye strain. I don’t want to go back, even if I have to pay out of pocket with a new doctor.
Don't go to this place if you if are not the costco primary holder they won't help you. And the FAT GIRL by the glasses frame are are VERY RUDE they look at you up and down like you can't afford to buy some glasses.
Wasting time. Rude receptionist Diana at Costco in Fountain Valley with my UHC healthcare card told me that I had to go to service desk for help because I didn’t know if Dr Kassawat was in my plan, although Costco is. After waiting for my number for on Sat afternoon, the mgr at the service desk went to Diana who told her I was in Kassawat network, but when I immediately went back to Diana she insisted I showed her a different HMO card 40 min earlier. Dr. Kassawat is the best eye doctor in Orange County. She is caring, professional and thorough. You do not need a Costco card to make an appointment at her office. If I could I would give her 10 stars.
I have been going there ever since she got there I'm thinking around 20 years or more she is the best there is
