Staff and Drs are thorough and friendly. However they do not honor appointments made. I was told upon my arrival for my 9:15 appt. ( I arrived at 9:02) That the system is first come first serve and appointment are placed behind others without appointments who arrive before. I asked what was the point of offering and making an appointment and the receptionist who was very nice stated there was no advantage to making an appointment. They had no way to put appointments in at their scheduled time.
Great visit with Kassandra John’s, she is such a good person who cares for those she cares for.

Never have to wait long to get in to see the doctor. Cynthia does such a good job and Kelsey is the best doctor I've ever been to.
